Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your DRP account and its associated data at any time. This page explains what gets removed and how to request it.
Delete from within the app
- Open DRP and go to Settings.
- Choose Account, then Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and server-side data are removed.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account at enable JavaScript to view with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record, including email and name.
- Any settings and activity associated with your account on our servers.
- Connections to calendar accounts you authorized (you may also revoke access directly with Google or Microsoft).
What is stored on your device
Calendar events and saved places used to plan your routes are stored on your device. They are removed when you delete the app or clear its data. Deleting the app removes this local data from your phone.
Some records may be retained briefly where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, then deleted. We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary.
Revoking calendar access
To disconnect DRP from a connected account directly, visit your Google account permissions or Microsoft account privacy settings.
